The RF/Microwave & Wireless Communications Lab at TCNJ is one the best equipped undergraduate facilities in the nation. Each lab bench provides a full set of basic instrumentation plus an industrial quality vector network analyzer (VNA) and a spectrum analyzer. Additional analyzers are available to support projects involving RF well into the millimeter-wave (> 40 GHz).
The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at TCNJ offers only undergraduate courses. The department provides a concentration in RF/microwave systems and has a long history of our graduates attaining leadership positions in this sub-discipline. Our program is limited in size with small classes, personal attention and a project orientation. All students must complete a two-semester senior project. Many of these projects involve RF/microwave technology and represent state-of-the-art engineering.
